As part of the next stage of the development near Chelmsford, Countryside recently launched Beaulieu Keep. The Keep offers a selection of 3-to-5-bedroom houses in a range of styles from weather boarded properties to contemporary houses all overlooking Chase Park; a green strip separating two developments.
The model is used for marketing purposes, allowing prospective buyers the opportunity to explore the properties and the soon to be completed site. At 200th scale, the model includes as much detail as possible, offering accurate visuals. We take pride in our creation of the most accurate representation of the development, from weatherboard details to playground furniture, anything is possible.
